The weather in Javea is amongst the very best anywhere in the world, with a climate acclaimed by the World Health Organisation for its excellent health benefits. Neither too hot nor cold at any time of year, Javea is generally sunny and warm with low levels of humidity. As such, the coastal town is considered to have a particularly beneficial climate for asthma and allergy sufferers, as well as your average tourist and sightseer.

Conveniently positioned between hills and mountains, Javea is sheltered from severe weather far better than most Spanish coastal resorts. Owing to its unique location, Javea benefits from its own micro-climate and enjoys more days of sunshine per year than any other place in Spain.

Javea experiences its hottest weather during the peak holiday season from late June to early September. During this time, temperatures will reach a high of around 30 degrees Celsius (84F) with a daily average of approximately 25 degrees Celsius (77F).
